- Version of the app you are running (this is visible on the main login screen),
- What kind of phone you have (for example, iPhone 6 or Lg G3)
- What operating system you’re using (for example, iOS 8.02 or Android 4.4.4).
The more detail you can give us about the problem you’re experiencing, the better!
