The MyNavia App is custom tailored to every individual based on the benefits they are enrolled in. For example, the Submit a Claim, Pending Claims, and Claim History tools are only available to participants enrolled in an FSA or HRA. The Verify Swipe tool, which can be used to submit documentation for outstanding Navia Benefits Card swipes, is only available to participants that have at least one Navia Benefits Card. The Benefits tool displays year-to-date benefit detail for FSAs and HRAs, and so if you are not enrolled in at least one of these benefits, you will not have access to this tool. If you are not enrolled in one of these benefits but believe you should be, contact your HR/benefits department.
All participants have access to the Alerts and Settings tools. The Alerts tool will allow you to receive important system alerts from Navia regarding the MyNavia App, and the Settings tool allows you to update your personal information like name, address, and phone number.
