What’s the difference between my identification code and my PIN?

The identification code is a one-time use, eight-character code that you use when you first download and activate the MyNavia App. The identification code is created by Navia’s systems and emailed to you and can only be used to activate the app once. An identification code is eight characters and may contain letters and numbers, such as 7gi59kx4 or 8v3tpjze.

The PIN is a six-digit code that you create after you enter your identification code and is used every time you log in to the MyNavia App. The PIN number is six characters long and is made up of numbers only, such as 123456 or 957362.
